Gourmet Conspiracy is a culinary service company based in Lakewood, California, that provides personal chef and catering services, cooking lessons, and offers books and videos on "How-To" cooking techniques. Gourmet Conspiracy was first established in January 2000 and has provided quality service for various events such as conferences, wedding rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, picnics, company events, and small intimate gatherings. Gourmet Conspiracy provides culinary services in the Greater Los Anageles and Orange Counties including cities in-between like Santa Monica, Redondo Beach, Torrance, Cerritos, Downey, Paramount, Bellflower, Hawaiian Gardens, Garden Grove, Huntington Beach, Buena Park, Fullerton, Fountain Valley, Irvine, and many others. Gourmet Conspiracy was first established as a personal chef and catering service by Sam Paano and Michele Deady-Paano in January 2000. Through the years, we have expanded our services to include in-home and event cooking instructions, event and nutritional consultations, as well as culinary product sales with the opening of our on-line store. In July 2010, Gourmet Conspiracy changed its status from sole proprietorship to a Limited Liability Company (LLC), and brought onboard Christine Powell-Moss as an additional and viable partner in the business. Vision:Provide affordable gourmet services while helping the community by purchasing produce, protein, and supplies from local farmers markets and neighorhood stores. Objective:Help families and organizations with proper planning and execution of their events and memorable celebrations by providing educational information through consultations and workshops. The focus of our company's direction is to promote nutritional and flavorful meals, at the same time delivering the message of using local sustainable products. In lieu of this, we have also partnered with the Long Beach Sunday Farmers' Market at California Heights, a local certified farmers' market, where we make the majority of our purchases for the events that we cater. Additionally, we coordinate monthly cooking workshops at the Long Beach Sunday Farmers' Market called "Chefs at the Market" in where we invite top local chefs to present free cooking demonstrations for the community using items that are available at the market.
